edit an animated gif in photoshop speed up & slow down

Hmmm...i don't think you can animate the frames in photoshop. Its strange, because they have the new "animation" palette in the windows menu, but it doesnt seem to be able to open an existing gif, seems to only be for creating new ones -- hmm this seems odd. i've always just edited gifs in Fireworks or ImageReady, so if you have one of those programs use it instead. I'll keep looking for how to open a gif though in PS, it must be possible

There is a solution!! :

Choose File » Import » Video Frames to Layers

In the file browser in Windows, type *.* in the File Name and press Enter or click Load.

It will not open any file, but it will view every file without restriction of Type of Files.

Open your animated GIF files, it will show you a dialog box regarding the imports. Press OK to import as default.

Voila! The file is opened in animation frames. You can view the animation frames from Windows » Animation
